Project Overview

I designed a tranquil digital sanctuary for Insight Holistics, a wellness practice specialising in sound therapy and mindfulness retreats. By balancing intuitive navigation with a bespoke booking system and a secure brand foundation, I created a trusted space for their community to grow.

The Challenge

The primary hurdle was translating the "feeling" of a sacred, calm session into a digital environment. For a new brand, building immediate trust is vital. We needed to move away from the "noise" of the internet and create a user journey that felt as stress-free and reassuring as one of the practitioner's mindfulness retreats.

Mapping the Sanctuary: From Blueprint to Experience

The Solution: Building the Sacred Space

Technical Due Diligence: Before the build began, I identified a legal risk with an unlicensed font in the original logo. I strategically replaced the typography with a licensed, calm typeface that preserved the client's vision while securing the brand's professional future.

Expanding the Identity: Using the refined logo as a foundation, I developed a nature-inspired palette and a "Digital Ambiance" that feels cohesive across every page.

The Solution: The User Journey

Interior Flow to User Flow: Drawing on my background in architectural flow, I mapped out a seamless, responsive journey. Whether a guest is booking a local sound bath or an international retreat, the process is clear, intuitive, and high-performance.

Community Integration: I integrated a bespoke newsletter system to move the conversation off social media and directly into the hearts of the community, fostering long-term client relationships.
